Although Anthony Joshua was reluctant about Tyson Fury's name being mentioned, it is the "only fight" that will satisfy public demand, according to Sky Sportsexpert Carl Froch.

Joshua won his WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight titles by knocking out Kubrat Pulev in round 9. To keep on track for a huge clash with WBC king Fury

The unified champion demanded less talk and more action after his win, and asked his supporters to vote for their favorite fighter for the next fight.

Froch asked Joshua why he didn't call out Fury. He replied Sky Sports, "The only concern that I have is that you said it there. It was said by Eddie Hearn, but Anthony Joshua did not say it. He almost refused to say it.

"I don’t know why he wouldn’t say, ‘That’s the one.'

Johnny Nelson, a fellow Sky Sports expert, replied: "He kinda did answer it. He replied that Tyson Fury was the next man to come along.

Eddie Hearn, Matchroom Boxing Eddie Hearn, insisted that he wants the Joshua vs Fury fight to be "straightaway" and Froch believes that the British rivals should finally meet in the near-future.

Froch stated that Tyson Fury is "the only thing left for him"

"It's sort of the only fight the crowd will accept, and it's what the people want."

"It's almost as if ancient Rome was in the Colosseum when the crowd has spoken. Fans who follow Anthony Joshua want to see Tyson Fury fight.

"He has Oleksandr Usyk to the WBO mandatory, that is an option.

"There are still questions. Are Tyson Fury's thoughts on Tyson Fury?

"Eddie Hearn stated there, 'Tomorrow we're calling the phone. We are fighting that battle.

Let's hope it does, but that is the fight we must see now.

You can watch Joshua vs Pulev replays Sunday at 9am or 4pm. You can book it using your Sky remote or you can book it online. You can still book it and watch it online, even if you don't subscribe to Sky TV.
